Job Summary:
Ultimate Staffing is supporting a client in Sacramento seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide essential office support and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with documentation and communication to maintain efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and reports.
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Support internal teams with administrative needs and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
